Thank you for supporting Christ Centered Faith. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Returns

Because each product is fulfilled with care and inventory is limited, we do NOT accept returns for general change of mind once an order has been purchased, unless the item is significantly damaged or defective.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We review all requests on a case-by-case basis and will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued ONLY in the following situations:

Item arrived damaged or defective
Item shipped does not match what was ordered

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size/fit
  • Buyer’s error in selecting size or style

Refund Process

Once your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to pick up

You may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the item.
