At Christ Centered Faith, we believe clarity matters. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time includes:

  • Order verification
  • Quality checks
  • Packaging and preparation for shipment

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping. This may change in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Rates are based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package size
  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier service selected

We do not currently offer free shipping unless explicitly stated during a promotion.

Carriers

Orders are shipped using reliable U.S. carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Delivery Time Estimates

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on packaging requirements. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Christ Centered Faith is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages after confirmed delivery
  • Stolen packages

We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
